I have been working in a hotel in dubai for 18 months. Now I have found job in another company. My current employer is saying me that I should go out of UAE (exit) to get new visa. Is it true? My new company doesn't want me to go out of UAE. Can my current company say it will not release me? I m impatiently waiting for the right answer.
